When you wish to plead not guilty to a driving offence, our hourly rates range from £160 to £300 plus VAT, depending on the complexity of the case, the experience of the solicitor and your location. We may be able to offer you a fixed fee but this will depend on the circumstances of your case. 

For representation at a hearing for a guilty plea and mitigation, in relation to summary only offences under Part 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 or s89 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.we charge a fixed fee of £600 plus VAT.

This fee is subject to the following matters:

• We can only offer this service within West Yorkshire. We may be able to offer this service in other parts of the country but this may incur additional charges, which will need to be discussed with us beforehand.
• The £750 plus VAT fee does not cover ‘special reasons’ hearings
• In addition to our fees, you may need to pay disbursements, such as Court fees or the costs of instructing an expert.
